Steve has been building decks and renovating homes for over 15 years. He runs every project on-site from start to finish, overseeing everything from the first measurements and planning through to the final details. If you’re on a Decked Out job site, Steve is the one making sure the work is done properly, the details are right, and the finished project meets the standard he expects.
Peter | Builder
With 20 years of construction experience, Peter brings a deep knowledge of the hands-on work that goes into every project. Working alongside Steve, he handles everything from framing and structural work to the finishing details that bring a project together. His experience and practical approach help ensure each job is built properly from the ground up.
Guy | Project Lead
Guy brings 30 years of experience to the team and keeps projects organized and moving forward. He coordinates materials, schedules, and the day-to-day details behind the scenes so work can continue without unnecessary delays. From planning through completion, Guy helps make sure every project stays on track.

Project Planning & Engineering
Some projects require more than construction expertise. When a project involves structural changes, additions or other work requiring professional engineering, Decked Out works with a qualified engineer as part of the project team.
This allows the construction team and engineering professional to work together from the planning stage, helping ensure the work is properly designed, documented and built.
